We require this information in order to complete a transaction with you, provide you with information that may be of interest to you, and to enhance your overall shopping experience with CityMac.

When you provide information to CityMac to complete a transaction, your information will be shared with the company that supplies the product that you have purchased, as this company will be responsible for shipping your purchase to you. Once that company has fulfilled your order, your information may be retained by that company in order to provide you with additional information regarding their products and services, or to facilitate any additional orders you may place through CityMac or directly with the supplier. Typically, the information shared with suppliers will be limited to your name and contact/shipping information. In these instances, you will be informed that you will be purchasing directly from the supplier during the CityMac purchase process.

Other than as outlined above, CityMac will not sell, rent, or share your personal information with other companies. Your information will only be provided to suppliers as necessary to complete and fulfill purchases made by you. Occasionally, CityMac will share aggregate information that does not contain any personal individual information with third parties, marketing partners, vendors, and suppliers. This information is in the form of overall CityMac website visitor statistics, overall purchasing patterns, and customer demographics. This information is never tied to or connected with any individual's personal information. When you create an account with CityMac, and when you make a purchase from the CityMac website, you will be required to enter a valid email address. The purpose of this is two-fold: when ordering, it may be necessary to contact you regarding your order or to provide updated information regarding the shipment of your order. Secondly, from time to time we will send you information about products and services available through the CityMac website that may be of interest to you. You may choose to opt-out of any promotional email that are sent to you by clicking on the link provided within the email. However, we may still contact you via email regarding any purchases you make.
