Diagnostic Fees:

• Computer diagnosis and upgrade recommendations are FREE!
• General Diagnostics (1-2 business days)

Service rates:

• Standard Non-Warranty: $90/hr. (Industry Standard Rate)
• Preferred Non-Warranty: $60/hr. (Any Computer purchased from CityMac)
• Minimum $45 charge for all non-warranty repairs.

Service Turn-around time:

• Warranty repair (1-3 business days pending parts availability)
• Out of warranty repair (2-4 business days pending parts availability)

On-Site Service

• Standard: $90/hr. (Hourly rate begins when Technician leave store)
• Preferred rate: $60/hr. (Any Computer purchased from CityMac)

Data Transfer Services

• Mac-to-Mac: FREE (Any Computer purchased from CityMac )
• Mac-to-Mac: $45.00 flat-rate (Any Computer purchased elsewhere)
• PC-to-Mac: $90.00 flat-rate fee
• Non-functional Mac-to-Mac Laptop: $67.50 (Requires Hard drive be removed from non-functional machine)
• Non-functional Mac-to-Mac Desktop: $90.00 (Requires Hard drive be removed from non-functional machine)

Data Recovery Services

• Simple recovery: $45 (Non-removal of Hard drive)
• Extensive recovery: $90-135.00 (Hard drive removal required)
• Data Backup: $45.00 (Information will be stored on CityMac server for 30-days)
